This modern and spacious house is located in the popular district of Mittelfeld, just 500 m from the Hannover Exhibition Center (Messe/Nord entrance). With a living area of 140m² on three floors, the house offers plenty of space, comfort and high-quality furnishings, ideal for trade fair guests, exhibitors and business travelers looking for a quiet, well-kept accommodation with a top location.

The house has 2.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and a total of 6 sleeping places.

In the living area you will find a stylish, cozy seating area with smart TV (Netflix & Disney+), a large dining table for up to 6 people and an open, modern kitchen that is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, stove and oven.

On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet, on the first floor a bathroom with shower, and on the second floor another bathroom with bathtub, each with toilet and sink.

The four bedrooms are equipped as follows:
