The Accommodation
The house features four bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with single beds, one of which is a walkthrough room. The living room offers a cozy sofa set and a TV, creating a relaxing and comfortable space. Adjacent to it, the dining area invites you to enjoy meals together and spend quality time. Two bathrooms with showers provide ample comfort and privacy. The kitchen is well-suited for preparing simple and quick meals. The covered terrace offers a relaxing spot with a view of the garden.
Guest access
The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed if needed.
Bed sheet sets, towels, an iron, and high-speed Wi-Fi are of course provided free of charge.
The entire house is at your disposal as in the photos. The host (house owner) lives in the basement of the house, but maintains the full privacy of the guests. There are also two house entrances.
Other things to note
The house is located in a neighborhood with supermarkets, restaurants, bistros, bakeries, and gas stations, making it easy to meet your everyday needs.
The Hannover Exhibition Grounds are just 1.4 km away—a leisurely 20-minute walk or a short 3-4 minute drive.
Ideal as accommodation for trade fairs in Hannover such as: Domotex, infa, Interschutz, IAA TRANSPORTATION, Hannover Messe, EMO, LIGNA, Agritechnica, EuroBLECH, EuroTier…
The nearest tram stop is only 350 meters away.
Public parking is available on the street nearby.

great reception and all support necessary. also for a stay at the exhibition the best option so far in more then 10 shows I have done in Hannover. easy access and worth if you stay with a group of people. recommend for sure!

Alles soweit ok und für einen Aufenthalt während der Messe absolut in Ordnung. Einer der Räume ist ein Durchgangszimmer, das ist uns beim Lesen der Beschreibung der Wohnung falls es angegeben war zumindest nicht aufgefallen. Es ist nicht sonderlich schlimm, weil die Zimmer darüber ein eigenes Bad haben. Dennoch wäre zumindest eine Tür statt Vorhang wünschenswert. Ansonsten wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und es ist nur etwa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Messe entfernt.

We four people had a very good stay in this house. We received their warm heart during a whole week. The kitchen is easy to use and they provide the dish washer (we just need to put our dirty plates into the dish washer, and then the house owner will run the machine). Although the owner could not speak English well, their daughter is fluent in English, therefore, it was no problem for me to communicate with them at all. The only little flaw is one of the four rooms does not have door, but only has curtain. However, after the whole day Hannover Messe event, everyone was exhausted and fell asleep very fast after coming back. Finally, the curtain is not a big problem:)
