The Accommodation
The house features four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds, one of which is a walkthrough room. The living room offers a cozy sofa set and a TV, creating a relaxing and comfortable space. Adjacent to it, the dining area invites you to enjoy meals together and spend quality time. Two bathrooms with showers provide ample comfort and privacy. The kitchen is well-suited for preparing simple and quick meals. The covered terrace offers a relaxing spot with a view of the garden.
Guest access
The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed if needed.
Bed sheet sets, towels, an iron, and high-speed Wi-Fi are of course provided free of charge.
The entire house is at your disposal as in the photos. The host (house owner) lives in the basement of the house, but maintains the full privacy of the guests. There are also two house entrances.
Other things to note
The house is located in a neighborhood with supermarkets, restaurants, bistros, bakeries, and gas stations, making it easy to meet your everyday needs.
The Hannover Exhibition Grounds are just 1.4 km away—a leisurely 20-minute walk or a short 3-4 minute drive.
Ideal as accommodation for trade fairs in Hannover such as: Domotex, infa, Interschutz, IAA TRANSPORTATION, Hannover Messe, EMO, LIGNA, Agritechnica, EuroBLECH, EuroTier…
The nearest tram stop is only 350 meters away.

The location of this home is absolutely PERFECT if you are attending a conference a the Messe – only 2 stops away! It was very clean and the hosting family was incredibly kind and friendly. The grocery store was very nearby and we ran into them there – they carried our groceries home in their car and saved us the trouble! There was plenty of room for the three of us sharing the space and getting around the city with the train stop just a block or so away was so convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone attending a conference. A few things to note: The photos are not accurate – I believe they must have been taken some time ago and don’t accurately reflect the home. That being said, the home is very clean and the hosts stop in to tidy up the bathrooms and bring new towels every other day! There are three stories in the home so lots and lots of very steep stairs. 2 of the bedrooms are located on the top floor. There is no bathroom on the main floor – just making this clear for anyone who may be dealing with mobility issues.

We have had a cosy and relaxing experience at this venue. Everything was clean and well kept. Would recommend for future visitors
