We did not have any space to put our clothes as all cupboards were full of owners (?) clothes. After we made a complaint, he came the 2nd day and cleared just a small part of one cupboard!
On the terrace we found an ashtray with at least 15 cigarette buds in!
On our arrival the owner (?) asked weather we would mind if he came daily to empty the garbage bin. We agreed. He did come every day but only emptied the garbage the last day prior to us leaving! Instead he turned off the heating every day we turned on as it was quite cold these days in Hannover.
In the fridge we found lots of food that was not ours of course.
All in all we cannot recommend this place! Moreover, we asked for a refund as the place was not to usual standards of such Airbnb apartments. Also the photos on the website did not match what we found in the apartment!”
I am sorry to hear that you didn’t liked the Apartment, even if you didn’t stayed there yourself, which is strange, because your colleagues who stayed there didn’t even complain and were satisfied!
As already mentioned this is a private Apartment. This means that there are belongings of the host inside the Apartment. I think you have a completely different imagination of an Airbnb.
All in all I assume you’ve tried to get some refund or a discount by means of pressure. After I offered you free cancellation with total refund (even for the first night), I haven’t received any reply from you after that!
The Apartment was newly furnished between April and May 2022 and looks now better than before. The photographs will be updated till end of June 2022.
Guests turned on the heating so the Apartment was like a sauna, because they didn’t opened the windows properly. The host has half emptied the wardrobes, but Maja insisted that the wardrobe must be completely emptied for them, even if there was enough space for 10 people. There were also extra hangers on each door.
The Apartment has clean room conditions, I saw it personally after your complaint!
