House in Mittelfeld – 800 meters to the Hannover Exhibition Grounds ID-63

The house has a cozy living area with sofa corner, large smart TV and a dining table for up to 5 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, stove, oven and everything you need for everyday use.

From the living room you can access the terrace with garden, ideal for relaxing after a long day.

The three bedrooms are equipped as follows:

– Bedroom 1: one large double bed
– Bedroom 2: a small double bed and a single bed
– Bedroom 3 (basement): two single beds

A total of two bathrooms are available, both equipped with shower, toilet and sink.

Wi-Fi, fresh linens, towels, hair dryer and iron with ironing board are of course available free of charge.

The entire house is at your disposal as shown in the photos. The hostess lives in the basement of the house, but respects the full privacy of the guests. There are also two house entrances. On request, she offers laundry service as well as a daily breakfast for an extra charge of €10 per person/day. Breakfast time can be arranged individually (e.g. 8:00 or 9:00 am).

The house is located in a quiet residential area of Mittelfeld, just minutes away from the Hannover Exhibition center:

– 800 m to the exhibition grounds (Messe Nord, about a 10-minute walk)
– Good transport connection by bus and tram
– Supermarkets, restaurants and bistros are minutes away
– Free street parking is available
